They sell through two channels — their own site and Viator — and the linked Viator product carries one of the largest review counts in the entire Paris market. That volume is the main reason people find them, and it deserves a moment of scepticism as well as credit.

Reading the review count properly

Very large review totals on marketplace listings are frequently pooled across several product variants sitting behind one page — a group tour, a small-group version and a private upgrade may all share the same reviews. A five-figure count therefore tells you the operator runs at scale and does not collapse under it.
