We read everything and usually reply within two working days. We write in English and French; messages in German, Spanish or Italian are welcome and will get an English reply.
What we can help with
- Corrections. A price that has changed, an entrance that has closed, a tour that no longer runs. These get priority.
- Questions the site does not answer. If you cannot find something, tell us — it usually means a page needs fixing.
- Operators and guides who would like to be considered for review.
- Press and research enquiries about the site or the Paris tour market.
- Accessibility problems with the site itself.
What to do instead
- Museum tickets bought from the Louvre: use ticketlouvre.fr, or the contact details on your confirmation email.
- A tour booked through a platform: use that platform’s own help centre. Most allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time, and the self-service route is faster than any email.
- A tour booked directly with an operator: contact the operator. Our operator reviews link to each company’s own site.
- Questions about opening hours, closures or accessibility inside the museum: the museum answers these authoritatively at louvre.fr. We would only be repeating them, possibly out of date.

Questions people actually ask
Can you change or cancel my Louvre booking?
No. We are an independent guide and we do not sell tours or tickets, so we have no access to any booking. Contact whoever took your payment — the booking platform, the tour operator, or the museum.
Can you book a private guide for me?
We do not act as an agent. Our comparison pages list the operators and platforms that do, with what each one is good at, and you book with them directly.
I run a Louvre tour company. How do I get listed?
Write to us with your website and what makes your tours different. We add operators on editorial merit and we do not sell placement, so a listing is not something you can buy — but we do read every message.
Can I use your text or photographs?
Our text is copyright. The photographs are mostly licensed from Wikimedia Commons under Creative Commons or in the public domain, and each page credits the photographer and licence — reuse those under their own terms, not ours.
